Step 02
I confirm a time, and how to pay
I reply to the address you gave, either confirming the slot or offering the nearest alternative. That email carries the bKash payment details for the 500 BDT fee. If the reason is better handled in person or by a specialist, I will say so rather than take the appointment — and nothing is charged.
Step 03
We meet online
Once the fee is paid the slot is held. For a video call the joining link is sent through; for a phone call I use the number you provided at the agreed time.
